Traditional Class Program

Our standard class program is for students from age 10 years old through {well as old as you are}.  These classes are run by Master Sean Steefel.  In his program he teaches the fundamentals of the traditional training in martial arts, the traditions and phylosiphies of Tang Soo Do, Self-Defense, Strength training and non-contact sparring.  The core training will increase the students ability in:
